Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon cumin seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1½ cups water
Instructions
1. Add all seeds into a clean jar.
2. Pour in 1½ cups of filtered water.
3. Stir thoroughly to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
5. Stir again in the morning and add lemon juice if using.
6. Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
