Description
Creamy homemade blueberry latte made with fresh blueberry syrup, espresso, and milk.
Ingredients
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup water
1 shot espresso
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
1. Simmer blueberries, sugar, and water for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
2. Strain syrup and let cool.
3. Brew 1 shot of espresso.
4. Add 1–2 tbsp syrup into espresso and stir.
5. Steam or heat milk and pour into coffee.
6. Top with whipped cream or garnish with blueberries.
Notes
Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
Adjust syrup for sweetness preference.
Serve hot or iced.
