Description

Mineral-forward morning drink with citrus, sea salt, potassium, and optional magnesium. A calm, simple way to try the Cortisol Cocktail For Weight Loss trend without heavy sugar or hype.

Ingredients

Scale

3/4 cup coconut water

1/4 cup fresh orange juice (or 2 tbsp lemon + 2 tbsp water)

1/81/4 tsp fine sea salt

200300 mg magnesium citrate or glycinate (optional; follow label)

Plain sparkling water to top (optional)

Ice (optional)

Instructions

1. Add coconut water and orange (or lemon) to a glass.

2. Whisk in sea salt until dissolved.

3. If using magnesium, add per label and stir again.

4. Top with a splash of sparkling water if you like fizz.

5. Taste and adjust salt or citrus to preference.

6. Sip slowly with a protein-rich snack or breakfast.

Notes

Start small with salt; fine sea salt tastes stronger than flaky salt.

If you prefer very low sugar, use lemon in place of orange.

Not a medical treatment; check with your clinician if you take meds for blood pressure, kidney issues, or have sodium restrictions.
