A creamy, protein-rich cottage cheese dessert that’s naturally sweet and perfectly smooth.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
1/2 cup berries
1 tbsp crushed nuts or granola
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup in blender.
2. Blend until creamy.
3. Add cocoa if desired.
4. Pour into bowls and chill for 20 minutes.
5. Top with fruit and nuts.
6. Serve cold.
Notes
