Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
Fresh garlic
Lemon juice and zest
Heavy cream
Grated parmesan cheese
Fettuccine, linguine, or spaghetti
Pasta water (reserved before draining)
Instructions
1. Slice and season the chicken.
2. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
3. Remove chicken and add garlic to the same pan.
4. Pour in cream, lemon juice, and zest.
5. Add parmesan and simmer.
6. Cook pasta and reserve some water.
7. Slice chicken and return to pan with pasta.
8. Toss everything together.
9. Adjust with pasta water if needed.
10. Serve with extra parmesan and parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for better texture.
