Ingredients

Scale

½ cup popcorn kernels

1 tbsp oil (for popping)

2 tbsp melted butter or spray oil

2 tsp dried dill weed

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp citric acid or lemon powder

½1 tsp salt or celery salt (to taste)

Instructions

1. Pop the popcorn using oil in a large pot or popcorn maker.

2. While still hot, drizzle with melted butter or spray lightly with oil.

3. In a small bowl, mix all seasoning ingredients.

Notes

Tossing while warm helps the seasoning stick better.

You can double the seasoning mix and store in a sealed jar for quick use.
