Description
This dill pickle popcorn is tangy, salty, and the perfect homemade snack for pickle lovers. Quick to make with pantry spices!
Ingredients
½ cup popcorn kernels
1 tbsp oil (for popping)
2 tbsp melted butter or spray oil
2 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp citric acid or lemon powder
½–1 tsp salt or celery salt (to taste)
Instructions
1. Pop the popcorn using oil in a large pot or popcorn maker.
2. While still hot, drizzle with melted butter or spray lightly with oil.
3. In a small bowl, mix all seasoning ingredients.
4. Sprinkle seasoning over popcorn and toss well to coat evenly.
5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
Tossing while warm helps the seasoning stick better.
You can double the seasoning mix and store in a sealed jar for quick use.
