Description

Delightful no-bake truffles with rich gingerbread flavors, perfect for holiday treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup gingerbread cookie crumbs
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Sprinkles or chopped nuts for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine gingerbread cookie crumbs, cream cheese, vanilla extract, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until well mixed.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  3. Once chilled, shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle ball into the melted white chocolate, then roll in sprinkles or chopped nuts.
  6. Place on a wax paper-lined tray and allow to set.
  7. Enjoy your no-bake gingerbread truffles!

Notes

For best flavor, use crushed gingerbread cookies. If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill longer.
