Description

Delicious and easy slow cooker beef bites that pack a protein punch, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, place the cubed beef.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef, and add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and beef broth.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the beef is tender.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. To reheat, warm them in the microwave or on the stove until heated through.
