- 2 pounds beef (cubed)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, place the cubed beef.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef, and add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and beef broth.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the beef is tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. To reheat, warm them in the microwave or on the stove until heated through.
