Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Juice of 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
12 ounces filtered water (warm or room temp)
Instructions
1. Warm the water just enough to be comfortable to drink.
2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and remove any seeds.
3. Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
4. Pour in the apple cider vinegar and mix thoroughly.
5. Drink immediately, preferably before breakfast.
