Description
A simple mounjaro for weight loss recipe you can make at home with green tea, lemon, ginger, apple cider vinegar, pink salt, and protein for a satisfying, fresh drink.
Ingredients
2 cups brewed green tea, cooled
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp raw honey or agave syrup (optional)
1 scoop unflavored or light vanilla protein powder
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Brew green tea with filtered water for 3–4 minutes; cool to room temperature.
2. Juice the lemon and grate the ginger; measure apple cider vinegar, pink salt, and protein powder.
3. Pour cooled tea into a large glass or shaker; add lemon juice and ginger and stir.
4. Mix in apple cider vinegar and pink Himalayan salt until combined.
5. Sweeten with honey or agave if desired and stir to dissolve.
6. Add protein powder; shake or whisk until smooth and creamy.
7. Add ice if you prefer it chilled; taste and adjust lemon or sweetness to your liking.
Notes
For caffeine-free, use a caffeine-free green tea blend or herbal tea.
Adjust sweetness with stevia or monk fruit drops if you want fewer calories.
Add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne for a flavor twist.
Best enjoyed fresh; refrigerate up to 24 hours. Shake before sipping.
