Ingredients
Premium dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
Roasted pistachios
Cocoa butter
Natural vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
2. Stir in cocoa butter and vanilla extract.
3. Pour half the mixture into a lined tray.
4. Sprinkle roasted pistachios evenly.
5. Cover with the remaining chocolate.
6. Sprinkle sea salt over the top.
7. Chill for at least two hours.
8. Break into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in airtight container.
Keeps fresh for 3 months.
