Description
Soft, chewy pistachio cookies made with roasted nuts, butter, and vanilla.
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup pistachios
½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter and sugars until light.
3. Add eggs and vanilla.
4. Whisk flour, soda, salt and combine.
5. Fold in pistachios and chocolate chips.
6. Scoop onto sheet and bake 10–12 mins.
7. Cool and enjoy!
Notes
Store in airtight container for 5 days.
Freeze dough up to 3 months.
