Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the chicken on both sides.
  3. Place the browned chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour heavy cream and diced tomatoes over the chicken.
