Description

A delicious and easy slow cooker dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy tomato sauce with fresh basil, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in the slow cooker.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, garlic, and heavy cream on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. When done, stir in fresh basil before serving.
