Description

This juicy steakette recipe is perfect for quick dinners. Made from seasoned ground beef and cooked in a skillet or oven, it’s a comforting dish that’s ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp yellow mustard (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp oil or butter for skillet

Instructions

1. Mix ground beef with all spices and sauces until just combined.

2. Shape into 4 oval steakettes, about ½ inch thick.

3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Cook each steakette for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through (160°F).

5. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use 80/20 beef for the best texture and flavor.

You can freeze uncooked patties for later use.

Optional broil at the end gives crispy edges.
