- 1 cup sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Extra sugar cookie dough for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
- Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Crumble extra sugar cookie dough on top of the cheesecake batter.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, and enjoy your sweet sugar cookie cheesecake!
