Crispy, buttery tortilla cinnamon rolls baked to perfection in minutes. A sweet twist on a classic comfort treat.
Ingredients
4 medium flour tortillas
4 tbsp melted butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
2. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle sugar mixture.
4. Add nuts if desired and roll tightly.
5. Slice into small rolls and bake for 10–12 minutes.
6. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
