Description
Fresh, crisp, and fruity, this white peach sangria blends chilled white wine, ripe peaches, citrus, and a touch of liqueur. Mix, chill, and pour over ice for a crowd-ready pitcher.
Ingredients
3 ripe white peaches, thinly sliced
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
1/4 cup peach liqueur or peach schnapps
1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (optional, to taste)
1–2 cups soda water or sparkling wine (add before serving)
Ice, for serving
Instructions
Wash and thinly slice peaches, orange, and lemon; remove seeds.
Add fruit to a large glass pitcher.
Pour in chilled white wine and peach liqueur (or schnapps).
Stir in honey or simple syrup if you like a sweeter sangria.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (up to 24 hours).
Just before serving, add soda water or sparkling wine for fizz.
Fill glasses with ice and pour; include fruit in each glass.
Notes
Wine picks: Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio keep the finish crisp. Use Moscato for a sweeter profile.
Make-ahead: Chill up to 24 hours; add bubbles right before serving.
Copycat Longhorn style: Use Moscato, peach schnapps, and a splash of pineapple juice.
